1. The Data We Collect
We follow the principle of "Data Minimization" — only collecting what is strictly necessary.
Direct Information:
Name, email, gender, age (to confirm the 18+ requirement), and WhatsApp contact for messages about listings.
Payment Data:
Bank or equivalent details are collected by the client when a task is paid — not by us at the application stage.
Technical Data:
IP address, browser type, and device identifiers used for anti-fraud and regional compliance checks.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your personal information is used only for the following operational needs:
- Showing you listings that align with what you entered in your profile.
- Handling the review of submitted work and messages about payment.
- Keeping the platform secure and preventing unauthorized multi-account creation.
3. Geographic & Location Data
To align listings with the correct market, we check your general location via IP address. We never use GPS tracking to monitor your real-time physical movement or precise coordinates.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
RoverFlex never sells your data. We disclose information only to:
• Clients and Payment Providers: The client behind a listing and the payment provider they engage, limited to what is required to make a payment.
• Legal Authorities: Only when compelled by law or to protect against illegal activities.
5. Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption of traffic in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are for adults aged 18 and above. If we become aware that someone under this age has provided personal data, we will remove the account and associated records without undue delay.
Your Control & Rights
Access & Correction: You can request a summary of your data or correct errors at any time.
Deletion: You may request permanent deletion of your profile and task history. Once processed, this action is irreversible.
Withdraw Consent: You can stop receiving listing proposals at any time by emailing the address in the footer; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
